Let me just say one thing, this ac unit is an alright unit. I have two of these one for my daughters room and one for our room just incase our HVAC unit has issues since it is an older unit. This fits a window of 36″ or smaller.
These ACs are good but if you do not tilt it down in the back, it will make a lot of water on top of it and it will cause some issues. I did not know this was a thing until I bought them home and a month later they started making water on top of it.
I ended up having to find the instructions online because we bought them refurbished which was a mistake but hey they were cheap and we needed something because it was hot.
I highly recommend these but be sure you have some kinds of weather proofing and insulated stuff around it because the air will seep out of the window if you do not and it makes it hotter.
My AC unit on the other hand, was making a popping noise and ticking noise but after awhile it would stop. It was only because I believed it was dropped when I got it from Roses Discount store. After all like I said these units are refurbished but other than that, it was good and still cooled off.
