Let me just say, this is a hit or miss to me. Yes this does and can help but it does take time for it to kick in to help. It also depends on your cramps and pain. I love how the applicator is 3 metal balls instead of just the plastic roll on.
To me this actually helps a lot and just feels good. It does have menthol, magnesium and camphor in it so the scent is a little strong but it does wear off.
This will also be kind of warm when you apply it which is a nice feeling. You can also use this on other things that hurt so it can be mused for multipurpose which to me that is a good thing.
It does not leave an oily or sticky sensation on your body like most products do but if you do happen to brush over it, the smell will end up on your hand but it does dry quickly.
