Let me first say, this stuff is strong. It smells like pure bleach but I know it is made of more than bleach. We have a hallway that always gets mildew because of the heat and where it is located in the house.
It is in front of a closet that use to be a chimney and it heats up the area and then the bathroom is there and my kids room is there with a window unit and it creates a lot of moisture and with this being a older house built in 1975, we completely understand!
We ended up using a dehumidifier in which it does suck up a lot of moisture but then the stains ended up staying. The stains were easy to wipe off but in the long run, some of it was not easy to remove but this stuff made it super easy! We sprayed it on the spot, let it sit for about a few seconds to a minute and then wiped it off. You could not even tell it was there!
I highly recommend all of their products because they make a lot of good cleaner.
