I love this because they have different ones that will allow you to work on and build whatever part of your body you are uncomfortable with right in the comfort of your own home at an inexpensive rate unlike if you were to out to a yoga studio that could be pricey.
They have fast yoga, yoga for kids and teens, slow yoga, short class ones for when you have a busy schedule and want to do some work in a short time period. They have stretch focus, cardio infused, yoga for guys, yoga using equipment, yoga for mommies and those that are pregnant or after pregnancy. They have it all and I love how versatile they are to be able to include everyone.
