My husband wanted one of these so bad because not only can you grill on it but you can smoke on it also and this besides the Blackstone grill was one of his dreams.
With that being said I got him one and he loves it. It cooks everything thoroughly and does an amazing job.
It puts a nice perfect smoke ring on the food and gives it an amazing flavor. If you or your spouse is looking up a way to spruce up your BBQ, this would be the way to go!
It has a built in thermometer so you do not have to burn your hands trying to see how hot the food is nor do you have to burn the food because you do not know.
It is separated in three places, the bottom is for your charcoal, the middle is the smoker and the top is for the grill. I love this because I sometimes dislike how on regular grills the food sits directly on the charcoal and you do not get anything but the smoke and charcoal taste and with it being seperated like this it helps out with that making it even more enjoyable for me.
Moving a hot grill is difficult with the handles being non heat resistant and making it hard to move due to the handles are severely hot and you just don’t want to but with this grill, the handles are heat resistant.
This grill would be great for parties and get together because it cooks fast and you have a 20.5 inch cooker to help you cook the food so it gets done faster.
