If you are trying to make the Cinnamon Twists from like Taco bell. Do not use normal noodles that you go buy from any store. The noodle that you need is a wheat noodle called Duros.
You pretty much take these, put some cooking oil in a pot, wait until the oil gets hot then put the Duros in and then once they start puffing up you take them out and repeat the cycle.
You then take your Duros and toss them into cinnamon sugar and then let them cool off. Now you have to take the Twist noodles.
I personally prefer mine with Valentina hot sauce since my childhood best friend was Hispanic, she taught me this.
There are different shapes and sizes of Duros so get the ones you like. I personally like the Pinwheel ones
